Our leaders follow the biblical model of servant leadership, placing the needs of the congregation and community above all else. Through prayer, accountability, and a shared commitment to God’s Word, they guide our church family with integrity and grace.
Every leader in our church body — from deacons and trustees to ministry directors — is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, Spirit-led community where every member can grow in faith and purpose.

The Pillars of Church Governance
Our church is guided by three distinct areas of leadership, each fulfilling a vital role in the life and mission of Denmark Missionary Baptist Church.
Deacons
Our deacons are the spiritual caregivers of the congregation. They provide pastoral support, tend to the needs of members, and uphold the spiritual health and unity of our church family.
Trustees
Our trustees serve as faithful stewards of the church’s resources. They oversee the financial and physical assets of the ministry, ensuring that all resources are managed wisely for God’s glory.
Ministry Leaders
Our ministry leaders direct the programs of outreach, discipleship, worship, and service. They equip and mobilize members to fulfill the Great Commission within the church and throughout the community.
